Happiness Rocks @ WIN
Team Wellbeing
The name "Happiness Rocks @ WIN" is literal, because it involves artwork on rocks; the name is also figurative because we believe that happiness indeed rocks at WIN!

On the International Day of Happiness, WIN students created a stunningly vibrant collection of painted rocks that carried beautiful, uplifting messages.

On the surface, it’s just another craft project to pass the time but when we delve deeper into it, we realize that it effortlessly blends mindfulness and creativity, both important components of art therapy. Furthermore, the mind and body benefit from increased levels of serotonin, a feel-good neurochemical, as well as dopamine, which is often called the brain’s reward neurochemical. Students enjoyed the activity immensely and the end result is a keepsake collection which embodies the positivity and optimism of WIN students. Thank you to Ms. Debbie, Head of Wellbeing and Mr. Angelo, Head of Art Department for the invaluable support. Have a look at some of the stunning WIN Happiness Rocks!
