Reading is one of the most enriching hobbies one can nurture – books educate, inspire and entertain. Reading also gives wellbeing a big boost. Reading as little as 6️ minutes a day can have paramount influence on your wellbeing – it lowers stress, helps you relax, deepens empathy, boosts your mood, helps you sleep better, increases focus, and it boosts memory and stimulates the brain.
